This site is operated by Centric Dealer Management Solutions, LLC, d/b/a ValueMax Dealer Solutions (“ValueMAX”), and gives customers access to information about a vehicle they have sold to ValueMAX. Your ValueMAX agreement governs the transaction itself; these terms cover use of the site.

Your account

Keep your password private. Tell your ValueMAX team straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Text messages

If you opt in to ValueMAX Vehicle Updates, we send text messages about the vehicle you sold us and any profit-share payment. Message frequency varies, up to about 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of selling us your vehicle or of receiving any payment.

Any profit-share or second-check information shown here is governed by your ValueMAX agreement. Nothing is final or payable until it is shown as finalized in your account.
