What we keep

Your name and contact details, details of the vehicle you sold, your documents, and your messages with our team.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

ValueMAX Vehicle Updates (text messages)

If you opt in, ValueMAX sends text messages about the vehicle you sold us: status updates as it moves toward retail sale, a notice when it is listed, and messages about your profit-share second check. Message frequency varies; you can expect up to about 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is never required to sell us your vehicle, to use this site, or to receive your profit-share payment, and it is collected separately from any other agreement.
